What can I expect when I come in for my first hypnosis session?
During a hypnosis session, information is gathered to ensure that suggestions are tailored the best they can be for you specifically. Depending on what you have to work through, you may be shown self-hypnotic exercises that you’ll be able to take with you after the session.
You’ll then be guided into a state of deep relaxation. While your conscious mind is relaxed and listening to the soothing words, another part of you listens to and accepts the suggestions.
