Professional Hypnosis Sessions
Unlock Your Subconscious Resources
Going to a hypnotist or hypnotherapist involves meeting for an hour to an hour and a half for 3 sessions or more. During the process of hypnosis the practitioner helps the individual connect to unconscious parts of themselves so that they can more effectively work through barriers to their goals.
Hypnosis can be useful work through:
- Struggles with eating and weight management
- Smoking
- Sleep difficulties
- Struggles with stress
- Relationship distress
- Career struggles
- Fitness goals
- Sport performance
- And other challenges and life improvement goals
What can I expect when I come in for my first hypnosis session?
During a hypnosis session, information is gathered to ensure that suggestions are tailored the best they can be for you specifically. Depending on what you have to work through, you may be shown self-hypnotic exercises that you’ll be able to take with you after the session.
You’ll then be guided into a state of deep relaxation. While your conscious mind is relaxed and listening to the soothing words, another part of you listens to and accepts the suggestions. As you emerge from a state of hypnosis, you’re feeling confident, refreshed, and with a new perspective on the issue you came in for.
Does Hypnosis Work Online / Virtually?
Yes. We offer in-person sessions in our offices, or you can choose to do sessions virtually. We help you to create an immersive experience so that if you do hypnosis over Zoom, it is just as effective as if you actually came in person. You’ll need a quiet room, a comfortable place to recline, and a reliable internet connection.
