Kyle Collins is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for creating an affirming space in which to work with a diverse array of clientele. Kyle has his Masters of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work with a focus in Behavioral Health and the integration of behavioral health in overall wellness.
In meeting the needs of a wide range of clients, Kyle uses a range of therapeutic modalities and theories including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), sex therapy, mindfulness and adult attachment theory. Kyle has worked with clients experiencing difficulties as diverse as the clients themselves, including clients dealing with acute and chronic illness, trauma, depression, addictive behaviors, individual and relational sexual concerns, anxiety and more.
Kyle enjoys working with clients from varied backgrounds, believing that the therapeutic space should be safe, affirming and healing no matter of your race, ethnicity, gender identity, class or sexual identity. Kyle has a strong background in working with LGBTQ+ clients and their partners. Whether individuals, intimate partners or families, Kyle welcomes the chance to work with you to find balance and work through the issues that are causing stress in your life.
